Film
Zee has a strong film production background acting as Technical Demonstrator to film, digital media and VFX students at Birmingham City University for the past 2 years. From being Director of several short films, as well having numerous DOP/ Camera-Operator credits, Zee has developed his professionalism in a wide range of skills in the film and media industry.
Photography
Zee has been pursuing his passion for the still image for many years; building a wealth of professional images from both commercial projects and personal practice. From wedding photography portraits to live music events; urban-photography to landscape, Zee brings his in-depth knowledge of composition, lighting and subject placement to all areas of photography practice.
Post
From both teaching and practice of Post-Production video and audio editing, to commercial and personal design projects, to editing commissioned documentaries, music videos, live music performances and studio music mixing, Zee is highly skilled in the industry-standard software including Adobe packages and other NLE and DAW software.
Featured Project
Underneath the Bridge
Screened at Shorts on Tap film festival in London, and showcased at the Electric Cinema in Birmingham, Underneath the Bridge is a 10-minute hard-hitting mystery drama. Written and Directed by Zee Khattak, the story follows a call girl who finds herself being extorted by an ex-client who blames her for the break-up of his marriage; and her ex-lover who decides to intervene in this affair.
